Things could have been a whole lot worse at weigh in today. I weighed in at 183.2! That's minus .1lb. Isn't that silly? At least it wasn't a gain. I won't be adjusting my ticker since it's not even worth taking the time to do so. LOL! Next week will be better!
I'm 9.2lbs away from my first goal! Man, it seems like so far away!!! I will get there though. Next week, hopefully I will be down 8 or less away.

I had a feeling it wouldn't be as bad as you thought. Remember, you're working out, so even though you binged or made a bad choice, the impact wasn't as great as it could have been. Don't be so hard on yourself.
