whoops-a-daisy

The title says it all... I gained 1.1lbs this week. That's okay, I know that gain won't hang around for long. I've been eating better this week, not sure I've been taking in enough calories but still making better choices. Have also been working out the past few days and I have no intention of letting up. Next week I'm going to kick that scales butt!!!

Bottom line: 183.3lbs, 8.8lbs away from goal #1...
FYI: I can still taste the 170's, I still feel they are closer than ever!
