I'm holding on strong this month. Even though I haven't lost weight I'm managing to stay balanced within a pound or two. On Wednesday I weighed in at 180.7. That's only up one pound since last week. That's okay, things have been crazy... no exercise, ice cream more often, but I have still been keeping an eye on the diet.
I'm thinking that when we get to Hawaii and get settled in our own house I will be able to refocus on an exercise program along with many outdoor activities I want to try to do regularly. Skylar will enjoy being outside, playing at the beach, and I will be happy to chase him! After all, we all know that chasing your kids is awesome exercise.

Maintaining weight loss is just as important as losing the weight. Once you get back into a routine, I'm sure you'll start losing again and reach your goal. When do you move to Hawaii?
ReplyDeleteWe get to Hawaii on July 1st!!! Until then I've got a lot of house and yard work to do... I'm thinking that will help me shed a few lbs!
